We cook fresh and with a lot of love and passion every day, exclusively with excellent, mainly regional products of the best quality. We do not put frozen goods, prefabricated products or flavour enhancers in the cooking pot. That’s why we choose our suppliers very carefully.
If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know before your arrival that we can prepare ourselves for you in the best possible way. We also offer a vegetarian menu every day. For vegan cuisine, we have to charge a surcharge due to the considerable additional effort for our kitchen. We ask for your understanding.
