The 3G rule currently applies to the hotel industry

From February 19th: 3G in gastronomy and accommodation (instead of 2G)

From 05.03 probably “ALL” Corona measures are dropped with one exception, the FFP2 mask remains with us in public transport, as well as in stores of daily needs.

Together we pay attention to:

  • Disinfectants

    on every floor and in common rooms, please use them.

  • Our employees

    are vaccinated and (if necessary) regularly tested for COVID – 19

  • Gourmet

    In the kitchen still aply the highest hygiene regulations according to HCCP and our employees work with gloves as always. The popular breakfast and salad buffet can remain. We only ask our guests to use the disinfectant dispenser before going to the breakfast or the salad buffet.

  • Hygiene

    Your room and all public areas are regularly disinfected.

  • Mouth- nose protection

    According to the current ordinance of the Federal Government, there is an FFP 2 mask requirement in enclosed indoor spaces. We ask you to pay attention to this.

  • Check In

    To welcome you we stay with a warm “Grüß Gott” and continue to refrain from shaking hands.

  • Wellness Area

    Our wellness area will also be open as usual.

  • Fresh air

    All rooms are ventilated several times a day with fresh mountain air.

Carefree booking

All bookings  can be canceled or postponed free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. We recommend taking out travel insurance. In case of a border or hotel closure / lockdown, you can cancel free of charge.

Health is the top priority

For weeks now, politicians, authorities, health experts, medics and business representatives have been discussing how tourism, which is so important for Austria and Switzerland, can be safely reactivated. In accordance with and complementary to the currently applicable legal provisions, the decision-makers in Ischgl and Samnaun have also developed a comprehensive set of measures aiming to guarantee the health and safety of our guests, our staff as well as the local population.

All our employees are vaccinated and will be tested if necessary.

For the gastronomy and hotel industry, the 2G rule will apply in the coming winter. The Green Pass will be checked on your arrival. (According to the ordinance of the Austrian Federal Government, access only for vaccinated and recovered –> Green Pass.) As a greeting, we stay with a warm greeting and continue to refrain from shaking hands.

Tyrol’s tourism relies on certified safety – and we are part of it: We take our role as a responsible host seriously and use the “SAFE SERVICE” learning app as a modern training tool for our staff. Our operation has successfully completed the digital training on safety topics such as protective measures, distance rules, hygiene or contactless customer experience. New regulations, for example on entry tests, guest registration and prevention concepts, are also part of the training. The app informs about significant changes directly via push message to the cell phone.
In this way, we live SAFE SERVICE® internally and always know what precautionary and safety measures need to be implemented for our guests. We also consciously show SAFE SERVICE to the outside world and make it visible that we are a SAFE SERVICE® company. In this way, we contribute our share to making the region visible as a safe vacation destination.
